The Master in Biodiversity and Tropical Ecosystems (BEST) from the University of Reunion trains degree students in tropical, terrestrial and marine ecology, evolutionary biology and tropical agronomy.
After graduating, students will master concepts and disciplines as diverse as the general and tropical ecology, population genetics, evolutionary biology and population dynamics. Two courses are offered, allowing students to specialize in either of the following:
- Ecology, biodiversity, tropical conservation - Biodiversity and Natural Ecosystems (BEN)
- Tropical agriculture with expertise in plant epidemiology, plant breeding, quantitative genetics, multispecies interactions and their applications in biological or integrated control
- Biodiversity and Crop Ecosystems (BEC)
